For the last 32 years, Mr. Kennedy has represented many of the country's leading drug, food, health care, insurance, tobacco, hotel-casino, and other companies in both the enforcement and defense of their rights. Mr. Kennedy has served as an adjunct professor of law at the Boyd School of Law (UNLV) since 2001, where he teaches Health Care Law and Nevada Civil Practice (civil procedure, evidence, and ethics). Mr. Kennedy is also the co-editor of the Nevada Civil Practice Manual -- the definitive authority on Nevada civil practice and procedure.
