Within 24 hours of the lower court’s ruling, Mr. Williams had successfully petitioned the Nevada Supreme Court for an en banc hearing which produced a judgment in favor of MSNBC and an unanimous opinion which adopted all of the arguments advanced by Campbell & Williams in their briefs and oral arguments.
