Profile

Charles is an aggressive trial lawyer, business advisor and deal facilitator, representing companies and key individuals in all aspects of business endeavors. He is general counsel to several companies, and his trial accomplishments include establishing the outermost limits by which a circumstantial case can be won and winning both sides of the same argument in the same case (the appellate court was not amused).
