Elliott A. Alman has practiced for more than 25 years in the areas of family law, personal injury, wills, and estates. He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and virtually all federal courts in those jurisdictions. He has been in private practice since 1982. He received his B.A. from the City University of New York, his M.A. from the State University of New York at Albany, and his J.D. from the Catholic University of America Law School. He is a member of the ABA, ATLA/AAJ, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, and the Bar Associations of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has been Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and has contributed articles to national journals and books.
