Profile

Bruce Avery believes families going through divorce, separation, domestic violence, custody, and child support disputes need assistance in resolving their situations in ways that enable the family to move forward. Mr. Avery works with clients to find the appropriate method of resolving these situations through collaborative practice, mediation, and negotiation, reserving litigation for the cases that truly require it. His goal is to do more than end the current crisis, it is to give the parties tools to resolve future issues before they become problems. He is President of the Montgomery County-based collaborative practice group Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals.
