Michael Hile concentrates his practice on the business reorganization and restructuring area. Mr. Hile has substantial transactional experience, generally in the context of chapter proceedings, including structured financing, opinion practice, mortgage-backed securities, mergers and acquisitions, workouts, securities offerings, and debtor-in-possession financing. Mr. Hile represents debtors, creditors, and other interest holders in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in both federal judicial districts in Indiana and throughout the country.
