Profile

IP Litigation:  Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Unfair Competition, Trade Secret, and related litigation matters in Intellectual Property law, in bench and jury trials in federal courts of the US and assisting US clients in foreign court proceedings.  I first-chair Trials and Appeals in all levels of the Federal Courts and conduct trials and appeals in Section 337 actions in the US International Trade Commission.  Opinions, Licensing, Applications:  Provide opinions, handle licensing, conduct negotiations including mediations and arbitrations as a neutral and as a party representative, counsel clients in all IP areas, and prepare, file, and prosecute applications in the US Patent and Trademark Office and in the Copyright Office.  My technical degree is Engineering Science, concentrating in systems and aeronautical engineering.
