Profile

David concentrates his practice on civil litigation in state and federal court. His trial experience includes commercial claims, health care, employment, director and officer liability, class action, and international litigation. In 2007, the Chicago Board of Elections selected David to serve as a hearing examiner to decide objections to candidate nomination papers. David also lectures and writes on topics arising out of his practice. He authored Chapter 9 of the 2007 IICLE Practice Handbook regarding employment discrimination claims. David’s clients include publicly traded companies, foreign corporations, small businesses, hospital systems, and other health care providers. He accepts cases on a pro bono publico basis, and serves on the Uhlich Children’s Advantage Network Advisory Board.
