Profile

Tom Kresl is a founding member and the managing director of Kresl, & Johnson, P.C. Mr. Kresl began his legal career as a prosecutor in the District Attorney's Office where he practiced until 1996. Since leaving the District Attorney's Office, he has built a civil practice focusing on professional malpractice, health care law, and related business, employment, and tort matters. He has extensive litigation experience, having tried nearly 100 criminal and civil cases to jury verdict. Mr. Kresl is active in the community serving on the Board of Directors of The Limb Preservation Foundation and Front Range Amateur Hockey Association. He also lectures at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and publishes in both legal and medical literature.
