Howard M. Knee represents management in labor and employment matters in the public and private sectors, including employment discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, arbitrations, and wage and hour disputes (including class actions). Mr. Knee has had jury trials in sexual harassment, race discrimination, wage and hour and unfair competition cases, and has handled cases before all California and federal courts, including the U.S. and California Supreme Courts. Mr. Knee graduated from UCLA Law School in 1972. He interned for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, was a Ford Foundation Fellow, and served as a legislative assistant in the U.S. Congress.
